Returns or Refunds:
At the Padless Period™ we offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase, if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase. Items must be clean and dry and returned using the shipping label provided by us. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost items. You will be notified via email once items have been received.
Your refund (minus original shipping charges) will be issued from our end within 24 hours upon receiving your return. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
The processing times of financial institutions vary, as a result It may take several weeks to receive the refund on your end. We apologize in advance, unfortunately we have no control of over these processing times. Please be patient, we promise to do everything we can on our end to help speed up the refund process for you.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Sometimes customers can experience a waiting period or delay before a refund is posted, unfortunately we have no control over these processing times. However we will do whatever we can on our end to assist in speeding up the process for you.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we ask that you use the shipping label we provide once you start the exchange process. All exchange items must be new, unused and returned in the original packaging in which they were received as well as any 'gifts with purchase' must also be returned. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost items. Once item(s) have been received and approved as an exchange your new item(s) will be shipped out within 24 hours upon receiving your return. Why do we offer a refund policy? Because it's the RIGHT thing to do! We offer a full refund within 60 days if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.
